The action organizers were Military Department of the Kyiv Diocese of the UOC-MP, Synodal Department Church and Culture, and the Kyiv city motorcycle club Night Wolves.

Blessing the bikers, the primate wished them a happy journey and God's help in their good intentions, which are a good example of their love for the Motherland and the Church.

Thereafter the archpastor aspersed the bikes and a loaf of bread that the bikers will take on the sacred procession with Holy water. At the end, Metropolitan Volodymyr blessed those present with icons of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

The event organizers on behalf of its participants presented Metropolitan Volodymyr a baked horn of abundance with the wishes of health and many years of life.

Thus, the next two days the bikers will follow the route Kyiv-Chornobyl, along which they will pray, in particular, at St. Elias Church at the memorial service.

Several similar actions are planned for the future. In particular, a motor-vehicle sacred procession dedicated to Victory Day over the Nazis will be held in Kyiv and for the commemoration of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul the procession will pass through the western regions of Ukraine.
