The Local Orthodox Church of Ukraine made public a fragment of the video footage of the Council of December 15, 2018 which recorded the liquidation of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kyiv Patriarchate.

The clip is available on the YouTube channel of the OCU, according to Novinarnya.

“Audio and video that refute the claim that “there was no such Council,” reads the description under the clip.

At the Local Council, a proposal was made to vote for the termination of the activities of the UOC-KP by way of unification and association with the new Orthodox Church of Ukraine. His Holiness Filaret responded to that, "OK, do it."

All the participants raised their hands in agreement, except for one priest. He said that he was against the Church's liquidation, for “he does not believe Poroshenko”.

Thereafter, Filaret personally put the signature under the voted document.
