On August 21, during an interrogation, three suspects in the case of King’s Capital company, Oleksandr Bandurchenko, Oleksandr Safonov and Serhii Yeresko, were arrested. Another defendant, Sunday Adelaja, remains free,"Все новости" reported.

At 9:30, the defendants came to a police department near the Dnipro subway station. Similar interrogations were conducted recently on a weekly basis. The case has been investigated since 2008. But today, three of them were arrested.

A trial is to be held in the nearest future. Relatives of the arrested persons assume they will be put in the investigative isolation ward.

Bandurchenko was already kept in the investigative isolation ward for half a year and was then released on recognizance not to leave. Another two defendants, Holovanov and Kolesnikov, who possibly hold the majority of the investors’ funds, are still kept in the investigative isolation ward.

Thus only one of the defendants in the matter, namely Sunday Adelaja, is free.
