"I hope that your appointment will strengthen our cultural cooperation and give us a better understanding of Ukraine and Ukrainians, the aggression on the part of the Russian Federation and the problems caused by the occupation of Ukrainian territories. It is important for us to show Ukraine and demonstrate that we are open to cooperation in various areas," Denis Shmygal said.
