Archbishop Ihor Isichenko expressed hope that the bishop’s presence in the episcopate of UGCC as Apostolic Exarch for the central countries of the European Union will not dissociate him from the church and social life in the homeland. “I hope for a worthy combination of Your active archpastoral service in Your canonical territory and an active participation in the creation of the atmosphere of Christian solidarity and brotherly love in the Ukrainian Church community,” reads the address.
