Vladimir Putin addressed the Federal Assembly on February 21. Among other things, he touched on the topic of religion. Archimandrite Cyril Hovorun assessed the level of theological knowledge of the Russian announcer.
"Putin, in his address to the Federal Assembly, criticized the idea of a 'gender-neutral God'. That is, it turns out that God has a male gender. In religious studies, this is called anthropomorphism - the transfer of human traits to God," wrote Archimandrite on his Facebook page.
"He is now a theologian, but one to whom you can apply his own words from the report: "God forgive me, he does not know what he is talking about," Archimandrite Cyril Hovorun added.
