“The situation of the clergy and faithful of the Roman Catholic Church has not changed, even the priests and the bishops remain the same. The churches and chapels that were open remain open, no one has stopped them from being used, I have asked the priests to not travel outside the region just yet, even for some personal errands, so that they can be with people. When the situation stabilizes, then they can leave.”
