The head of the Pastoral and Migration Department of the UGCC, Bishop Stepan Sus, met with the Ambassador of Ukraine to Spain Serhiy Pohoreltsev in Madrid.

The head of the PMD conveyed the most sincere greetings to the diplomat from the Head of the UGCC, His Beatitude Sviatoslav.
"We have exchanged views on the life and activities of the Ukrainian community in Spain, in particular in Madrid. We are also planning joint actions to obtain a separate building for the church for the UGCC," said Bishop Stepan.
The meeting was attended by the third secretary of the Embassy Olha Ivasenko, pastor for Ukrainian Greek Catholics in Madrid Fr. Ivan Lypka, pastor for Ukrainian Greek Catholics in Alcala Fr. Volodymyr Neyliuk, and the deputy chairman of the PMD Fr. Andriy Gakh.
