In a statement the Board of the Ukrainian Union of Associations of Evangelical Christian Baptists asks God to save the Ukrainian people from evil, violence, and bloodshed.

“In this difficult and uncertain time for Ukraine and every one of us, we appeal to you to pray for the present and future of our nation. So that through our fervent prayers Ukraine will have a spiritual revival and prosperity. May the Lord save the Ukrainian people from evil, violence, and bloodshed. Let us pray so that sin and wickedness does not spread across our native land. We ask every Christian sincerely and earnestly to call to God for Ukraine. Let us stand in the spiritual gap for our people, our family and friends. So together across the country in the same spirit we will lift our voices to Him, who has the power and wisdom to give peace and prosperity to Ukraine,” reads the document.
