Copy of Peresopnytsia Gospel Passed to Vatican

According to the Ukrainian Embassy in the Apostolic Capital, on 28 October, in the Vatican, the ceremony of transfer of a facsimile edition of Peresopnytsia Gospel to the Vatican Apostolic Library was held.

According to the Ukrainian Embassy in the Apostolic Capital, on 28 October, in the Vatican, the ceremony of transfer of a facsimile edition of Peresopnytsia Gospel to the Vatican Apostolic Library was held. The embassy helped to organize the event. The copy for the Vatican was published and produced by ADEF-Ukraine Publishers.

The Prefect of of the Vatican Library, Msgr. Cesare Pasini expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the production of the unique edition and stressed that the Peresopnytsia Gospel will take a worthy place in the collection of manuscripts of the library, where numerous scholars of the world can use it.
