On November 27, a memorial service and prayer with the lighting of candles will be held across Australia in Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Nobel Park, Geelong, and on November 28 in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Newcastle.

On November 27, people in Canadian cities (Vancouver, Ottawa, Hamilton, London, Oshawa, St. Catharines, Toronto, and Windsor) will pray for the victims and hold a moment of silence.
On November 27, people across the United States – in Washington, Chicago, Philadelphia, Glen Spey, Cleveland, New York, Philadelphia, Yonkers – will light candles in memory of victims.
A memorial service will be held in Lisbon, Portugal on November 28 and in the Serbian cites of Belgrade, the New Garden, Bullets Verbasi, and Sremska Mitrovica on November 26-27.
Ukrainians also filed a petition to the Portuguese parliament to recognize the Holodomor as a genocide.
