Coronavirus vaccination points will operate in the churches of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church. The first center has already started working on November 7 at the Patriarchal Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ in Kyiv.

This was reported by journalist Sofia Kochmar-Tymoshenko on her Facebook page.

According to her, parishioners can get vaccinated with CoronaVac and AstraZeneca every day from 10 to 17.

"To show respect for the dignity of human life today, you need to do three things: do not be afraid of vaccination, wear a mask and wash your hands. At the beginning of the pandemic, we promised that if there is not enough space in hospitals, we will open the doors of our churches to hospitals. Today we are doing this so that mobile medical teams can carry out vaccination," said His Beatitude Sviatoslav, head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.

According to the journalist, after the service, the first hierarch approached the doctors and thanked them for their work.
