“Negotiations about the future of the Church are undeway, which means that the Church is new: there are no divisions, no bodies, no commissiona, all of which will be set up when the Synod convenes. These bodies of the Church will be responsible for different aspects of the life of the Church.
As Bishop Epifaniy said, there will be no fundamental changes in the Church until the Tomos is received. We are waiting for an important moment - to receive the Tomos. "When the Tomos is received - the Church wil be independent, legitimate, canonical, you will not think of anything negative in its respect. The congregations of the Church are being convened and will be formed, "he said.
