First UGCC community on Cyprus to serve Ukrainian liturgy

On May 30-31, Chair of Pastoral Migration Department of the UGCC Bishop Joseph (Milian), together with the Secretary of PMD Fr Andriy Gakh to make a working visit to Cyprus.

On May 30-31, Chair of Pastoral Migration Department of the UGCC Bishop Joseph (Milian), together with the Secretary of PMD Fr Andriy Gakh to make a working visit to Cyprus.

The Bishop is set to celebrate the Divine Liturgy in Nicosia and Limassol and meet with Ukrainians residing in Cyprus. During the visit the Ukrainian community planned establishment of the UGCC.

The liturgy will be served in Nicosia on May 30 at 19:00 at the premises of a Maronite church - the Maronite Cathedral Our Lady of Graces, located at 8 St. Maron Street, Paphos Gate, Nicosia.

In Limassol, the Divine Liturgy will begin on May 31 at 19:15 on the premises of the Catholic Church of St. Catherine at the following address: St Catherine Catholic Church -28 Oktvriou St, Limassol Sea Front 3035 Limassol. It is reported by the Information Department of the UGCC.
