“Thanks to their sacrificial feat, we have a united nation today, we have open borders of the European Union, and we also have an autocephalous independent Ukrainian Orthodox Church. This is the fruit of their sacrifice, their love for their homeland, their love for their neighbors. We pray that the Lord may give rest to their souls, granting them eternal and blessed life in the Kingdom of Heaven,” said Metropolitan Epifaniy. This is reported by Segodnya.
