The head of the Donetsk regional military-civilian administration Pavlo Zhebrivskyi instructed the State emergency service of Ukraine to check cemeteries in the territory adjacent to the conflict line and to conduct mine clearance.

“All of Ukraine is preparing for the approaching Easter holidays and the days of traditional commemoration of deceased relatives, including by visiting gravesites. Donetsk region is no exception. No war has ever eradicated this tradition. Given the need to strengthen security measures, I appealed to the State Service for Emergency Situations with the request to check the territory of the cemetery close to the gray zone, and perform mine clearance,” wrote Zhebrivskyi on his Facebook page.
