"The Tomos sets conditions which enslave the Ukrainian people to the Patriarch of Constantinople," said Metropolitan Onufriy of Kyiv and all Ukraine in his comments on the "Radar" TV program, reports the Information Department of the UOC (MP).
"The Tomos provided by the Patriarch of Constantinople to the so-called "OCU" is not the Tomos of autocephaly, but the Tomos of slavery," said the Primate. "Under the name of the "Tomos" the conditions were established to enslave our Ukrainian people to the Patriarch of Constantinople."
