According to eyewitnesses, the construction machinery continues to operate on the site of the ancient Muslim cemetery. All the vegetation, including the unique, burial grounds, are destroyed on the lands between the children's camp and the tract. At the same time, it was previously agreed that the construction machinery would be removed from the territory of the cemetery and it would be fenced. According to the press secretary of the Crimean RAM Zeri Emirsin, they were going to erect a monument to saint Aziz.

Now it is completely unknown where his remains were transferred, as well as the remains of other Muslims buried in the cemetery. The Crimean Committee for the Protection of Cultural Heritage has not yet determined whether the cemetery belongs to the sites of historical value and to be preserved.
