08.10.2021, 11:55

The magistrate's Court of the Judicial District No. 99 of the Yalta Judicial District fined the local religious organization "Christians of the evangelical faith of the city of Yalta" 30 thousand rubles, finding it guilty of an offense under Part 3 of Article 5.26 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (carrying out activities by a religious organization without specifying its official full name).

This is reported by Portal-Credo.

The reason for opening the case was that the legal address of a religious organization is also the residential address of one of the community members who did not know about the need to post information about the presence of a religious organization in this address.
