In Starobilsk, the invaders have canceled the celebration of Saint Nicholas Day in all educational institutions.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by Artem Lysohor, Head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration.

"In the temporarily occupied Starobilsk in the Luhansk region, the invaders have canceled the celebration of Saint Nicholas Day in all educational institutions. Allegedly, this is purely a Ukrainian holiday, so gifts for children should not be prepared," the report said.

Instead, children will be greeted by Kish Babay from Tatarstan, who has been given a so-called sponsorship over some occupied communities in the Luhansk region.

"One such individual already performed yesterday at an exhibition of folk crafts, where children from our region were forcibly brought days ago," the head of the administration noted.
