On the other hand, representatives of the Ternopil City Council state that they did allocated to the community a building of 137 square meters at 37a April 15 Street free of charge.
According to documents, the Jewish public organization “Jewish Community” applied for the return of on of the buildings at different addresses. According to their information, there were prayer houses there before the war. However, many of the buildings do not exist now. The confusion has been going on for the last decade because the Jews sometimes claim what does not exist or what never belonged to them.
