Deputies of the Kyiv City Council refused to cancel the decision to allocate to the Investment Building Group Ltd a land plot in the buffer zone of Sophia of Kyiv for construction.
“Despite the fact that the Head of KCSA [Kyiv City State Administration], Oleksandr Popov, allegedly is on the public’s side and disputes the decision of the Kyiv City Council to allocate a land plot for the construction of a residential complex at 17-23 Olesia Honchara Street as the third party in court, the majority of the deputies of the Kyiv Council, who are under his control, do not support his position,” said the deputy.
She stressed that only 34 deputies voted to cancel the mentioned decision, reported Ukrainska Pravda.
