According to Unian.net , the decision in this regard was announced by the Judge of the Pechersk Court of Kyiv, Rodion Kirieiev.

Therefore, the court rejected the requests of three religious denominations, the parliamentary commissioner for human rights, Nina Karpachova and the deputies who were ready to bail Y. Tymoshenko out.
