Liashko urged to follow the example of the UGCC and open vaccination points in churches

Health Minister Viktor Liashko thanked patriarch Svyatoslav of the UGCC for opening a vaccination center in the Kyiv Patriarchal Cathedral and called on other churches to follow suit.

Liashko wrote about this on his Facebook page, according to Censor.net.

"I thank the head of the UGCC, His Beatitude Sviatoslav, for his conscious position and saved lives," Liashko wrote.

He also expressed hope that in the near future vaccination points will open in other churches and cathedrals, promising an uninterrupted supply of vaccines to new points.

The minister said that the UGCC has opened a vaccination point against COVID - 19 in the Patriarchal Cathedral, where you can get vaccinated every day from 10:00 to 17:00. The cathedral is located at 5 Mykilsko-Slobidska street.
