Maltese Aid Service Field Kitchen on Maidan Seeks Support

Twenty volunteers who work 14 hours every day to cook and distribute meals, providing 3-4,000 servings of hot dishes (vegetable soup, buckwheat porridge with meat sauce, broth), and about 12-15,000 servings of tea. All the people who work in the kitchen have European certificates “Field Kitchen Cook.”

The Ivano-Frankivsk Maltese Aid Service charitable organization has been running a field kitchen in Kyiv for almost a month now.

First, one kitchen prepared tea for 5-6,000 people a day. Then it was decided to set up another field kitchen. Now, one kitchen prepares hot meals, and the other one boiles water for tea.

The Maltese Aid Service is grateful to all those who help them, who give them donations and groceries.

On Thursday, some of the volunteers of the Maltese Aid Service will go back to Kyiv.
