A meeting of the Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations (UCCRO) was held in Kyiv. On March 7, 2024, under the chairmanship of Senior Bishop Stanislav Nosov of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Ukraine, the UCCRO meeting took place.

The event was attended by leaders and authorized representatives of the Council of Churches, as well as representatives of the State Service for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience (, and experts.
The First Deputy Chairman of DSEFC, Viktor Voynalovych, informed UCCRO members about the state of state-confessional relations in Ukraine and answered questions, including those regarding the draft law on amending certain laws of Ukraine regarding the activities of religious organizations in Ukraine (registry number 8371), as well as various current issues of the activities of religious organizations in conditions of martial law, and so on.
During the UCCRO meeting, the activities of the Council of Churches commissions on social service and media service, as well as the working group on property restitution of religious organizations, were also discussed. Based on the discussion results, UCCRO provided relevant instructions to the Council Secretariat.
The participants of the UCCRO meeting expressed their gratitude to Senior Bishop Stanislav Nosov of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Ukraine for his fruitful chairmanship in the Council of Churches. The new chair of UCCRO for the next period became President of the Ukrainian Bible Society, Hryhoriy Komendant.
