26.11.2021, 18:09

His Eminence Archbishop Daniel along with the Council of Metropolia, members of the Consistory, clergy, faithful and the student body of St. Sophia Theological Seminary of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA express their most sincerest greetings and assurance of prayers to His Eminence Metropolitan Antony – Prime Hierarch and Spiritual Father of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA on the 49th Anniversary of his ordination to the Holy Priesthood.

"Metropolitan Antony has done immense good among the faithful of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA here in United States of America and in Diaspora over the past 49 years.

With his clear eye fixed on the Church’s mission and doctrine, and his sense of humor, and his willingness to be faithful to the message of Love of our Savior, His Eminence has been a source of encouragement for many in the times of constant social, moral and spiritual challenges we are experiencing. Through his life and ministry, Metropolitan Antony demonstrates that the surrender to God’s will and selfless service to the Church is a path of sorrows that leads to great blessings. Our faith increases when we see the examples of love and sincere dedication.

We thank you for your faith, dedication and leadership over the past 49 years and your guidance for our Metropolia’s continued success.

We thank the Almighty God for your ministry among the faithful of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA", the greeting says.
