Over 300 parishes have already made decisions to move from the UOC to the Moscow Patriarchate to the newly formed Orthodox Church of Ukraine, as reported by TSN.

Parishes are most active in the west and in the center of Ukraine. Northern Ukraine became much more active due to Zhytomyr region. Gradually, transitions continue in the South and in Greater Kyiv area. At the same time, in the east of Ukraine, the process is much slower, although several decisions to join the OCU were recently made by communities in the Kharkiv Region.

The highest number of transfers is currently reported in Vinnytsia Region, with Volyn Region following closely. Also, many parishes have decided to move to the OCU in Khmelnytskiy, Zhytomyr, Rivne and Lviv Regions. In particular, in Sokal district in Lviv Region, the decision to move to the OCU was adopted by the absolute majority of all parishes of the UOC-MP.
