Patriarch Bartholomew and Metropolitan Epifaniy will lead the Liturgy in Hagia Sophia

On Sunday, August 22, 2021, on the territory of Hagia Sophia in A solemn Divine Liturgy will be held in the open air in Kyiv, which will be led by two primates: Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv and All Ukraine.

The service starts at 9:00, reports the official website of the OCU.

In the OCU, we invite the clergy and faithful to partake in joint prayer and ask them to take into account the security measures that will be used.

On the eve of August 21, at 10:00, The Ecumenical Patriarch will hold a solemn meeting and prayer of Thanksgiving (doxology) in St. Michael's golden-domed cathedral on the occasion of his arrival in Ukraine.
