Patriarch Sviatoslav visits Metropolitan Volodymyr in the hospital

On March 10, the head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, Patriarch Sviatoslav, visited the head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate (UOC-MP), Metropolitan Volodymyr, in the hospital where he undergoes rehabilitation, the website of the UOC-MP reported.

On March 10, the head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, Patriarch Sviatoslav, visited the head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate (UOC-MP), Metropolitan Volodymyr, in the hospital where he undergoes rehabilitation, the website of the UOC-MP reported.

Patriarch Sviatoslav told the metropolitan about the present life of the UGCC and presented to Metropolitan Volodymyr a facsimile copy of the Buchach Gospel of the 13th century.

In the end of the meeting, Patriarch Sviatoslav expressed hope to meet with Metropolitan Volodymyr in the Kyiv Cave Monastery soon and wished him a quick recovery. The patriarch said: “Let the Lord keep You for us and give You good health.”
