That is why, today, receiving information, in order to prevent possible terrorist threats and provocations around the procession Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) - I have decided to intervene.
Today in the morning policed has found dummy mines and real granades along a planned route of the procession in Kyiv and we have no doubt about the probability of security threat and provocations. Therefore police and national guard will block еру passage through Kyiv streets. Security of citizens is higherpriority than the religious rituals. "
