This was announced on his Facebook page by religious scholar Yuriy Chornomorets.
He also noted that the procession will be against the intentions of joint celebration of Easter by Orthodox and Catholics, Religiyna Pravda reports.
“Today, the priests of the MP in Ukraine talked about the order for the procession. So, the procession is “against Bartholomew” and “against celebrating Easter together with Catholics”. Interestingly, celebrating Easter together with Catholics is the fulfillment of canons, and not living according to a virtual calendar. And it is interesting that Patriarch Bartholomew always acts according to the letter of the canons – which cannot be said at all about the MP, which always acts anti-canonical, living in its own separate “reality,” the scholar noted.
