On November 4, Bishop Peter (Dmitriev) of Berdyansk and Primorsk, originally from Ryazan, Russia, celebrated the Liturgy at the house church of St. Seraphim of Sarov. This church is situated on the grounds of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in Energodar, which has been taken over by Russian authorities.

This was reported by Christians Against War.

It was the first archiepiscopal service at the facility since Russia occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region. The event was attended by Yuriy Chernichuk, the Russian director of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, along with military personnel and plant employees.
