“Forces controlled by Russia continue to use buildings of religious minorities as military institutions,” the report says.

Russia continues to use disinformation to foment conflict in Ukraine between churches, the U.S. State Department reports.

The document also mentions that the number of instances of anti-Semitist manifestations in Ukraine has decreased compared to previous years. Meanwhile, the speakers have noted that investigations into anti-Semitic vandalism in Ukraine usually end without result.

There is also discrimination against religious minorities at local levels, the report says, particularly when it comes to allocating land for religious buildings.
