After the "sentence" of the occupation "court," he was forcibly taken to the Rostov region of the Russian Federation, where he was illegally detained until today.

The fact of the release of Archimandrite Khrystofor Khrimli was confirmed by the Metropolitan of Donetsk and Mariupol Sergiy.

"Half an hour ago, I was informed that he had already crossed the Georgian border. Thank God! And I thank the Ukrainian human rights commissioner Mr. Lubintsev - this happened thanks to his work," said Bishop Sergiy.
