On June 8-10, the Center of Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky in Lviv will host the "Forum of Youth Leaders and Pastors", according to DyvenSvit.
This event will take place for the first time on the initiative of the Patriarchal Commission on Youth Affairs of the UGCC and the Youth Pastoral Commission of the RCC. The meeting will be held with the blessing of the leaders of the two Churches: Head of the UGCC, His Beatitude Svyatoslav and Metropolitan Mieczysław Mokrzycki of the RCC.
“This will be a meeting of pastors working with young people throughout Ukraine in one Church of the two traditions,” said Orest Gevak.
Within a few days, participants will meet for prayer and discussion of the challenges faced by young people in the modern world. Organizers promise to announce a detailed program of the event later.
