For the first time in several months pastor of Embassy of God Sunday Adelaja was seen in public. On December 5 he led a service in his church in the capital. At this service Adelaja urged his flock to go in deputies of all levels and to become an authority in the country.

"If three years ago the Embassy called on its flock to become millionaires, to learn to make money on stock exchanges and investment companies, then now the new 'trick' is to take power," Segodnia says.

According to the publication, Adelaja suddenly appeared on stage and "under the deafening music, he started jumping on stage with the Ukrainian flag on his shoulders, showing how to have fun."

At the recent elections nine parishioners of the Embassy of God became members of local councils. “Nine members – that’s a crumb. In four years we should be much more, so get ready now," Sunday urged those present. One of the pastors was appointed a chief responsible for this area – he will direct a team and to train future candidates.
