Esteemed Mr. President,

On behalf of the Conference of Roman Catholic Bishops in Ukraine, we sincerely congratulate you on the significant holiday—the Constitution Day of Ukraine!

World experience shows that a social system develops most successfully when the creative potential of individuals is fully realized. It is the free and responsible person who is the main driving force of modern civilization, the creator of all aspects of social relations—political, economic, social, legal, ethnic, religious, scientific, and cultural. The Constitution of Ukraine of 1996 provided the impetus for the productive development of all branches of national legislation and spheres of social life.

We wholeheartedly wish you good health, long life, peace, and prosperity, as well as the fulfillment of all plans for the sake of a bright future for our beloved Ukraine!

May the Lord bless you!

Respectfully,

+ Vitaliy Skomarovskyy

Chairman of the Conference of Roman Catholic Bishops in Ukraine

+ Edward Kawa OFMConv

General Secretary of the Conference
