The funeral of the reposed Primate of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church to be in Ternopil

Faithful of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church will bid farewell to the departed Metropolitan Mefodiy of Kyiv and All Ukraine (Kudriakov) at St. Andrew's Church in Kyiv today, February 25. At 14:00 the priests held burial service. Metropolitan Mefodiy’s body will stay in St. Andrew's Church during the night.

The next day, at 8:00 am, the UAOC episcopate will perform burial service for the Primate. Later the body of the departed Primate will be transported to Ternopil. On February 26 at 19: 00 the coffin will be placed in the Nativity Church, 22 Ruska street. The church will be open all night.

The burial liturgy for Metropolitan Mefodiy (Kudriakov) will be held on February 27 at 9:00 am, according the official website of Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church.
