Two church attackers killed, one hostage is dead in France

Two men armed with blades took several people hostage in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray, Normandy region

The assailants stormed the church and took hostage a priest, two nuns and two worshippers. Later they killed the priest, cutting his throat. One more person is seriously injured. Police killed both attackers and freed the victims, Ukraine Today informs. 

The roads around the church are blocked off, police operation is under way.French President Francois Hollande is on his way to the site of the attack. Anti-terrorist prosecution unit has taken over the investigation into the attack. The identities and motifs of the assailants are still unknown.
