UCCRO statement on events in Budapest and Beregovo

STATEMENT OF THE

of the Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations

on the events in Budapest and Berehove

Having received information that an event entitled "Conference on the Future of Ukraine" will be held in the cities of Budapest (Hungary) and Berehove (Ukraine) on July 14-17, 2023, allegedly organized "in cooperation with the Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations," we declare that the Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations, as a body for interreligious cooperation, has NOTHING to do with the said event in the cities of Budapest and Berehove and did not participate in its preparation.
