UGCC clergymen meet with the President of Poland

On Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at the Presidential Palace in Warsaw, the President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, met with representatives of churches and religious associations, as well as national and ethnic minorities living in Poland.

This was reported by the press service of the Olsztyn-Gdańsk Eparchy.

The Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church was represented by Bishop of the Olsztyn-Gdańsk Eparchy Arkadiy Trokhanovskyi, Protopriest of the Order of St. Basil the Great Fr. Bohdan Sytchyk, Chancellor of the Przemysl-Warsaw Archeparchy Fr. Mykola Kostetskyi, parish priest of the Greek Catholic parish in Warsaw Fr. Petro Kushka, Dean of the Warsaw-Lodz Deanery Fr. Bohdan Kruba, as well as Fr. Volodymyr Rachkovskyi.

During the meeting, the President of Poland thanked the participants for accepting the invitation, for 10 years of service and for all the joint meetings.

After the official part of the meeting, the participants personally thanked the President and his wife for the assistance Poland has provided and is providing to Ukraine.
