UGCC to open first modular town for IDPs in Lviv

On Friday, July 12, a modular town for internally displaced persons, designed for 10 families, will be opened in the village of Bryukhovychi.

This was reported by the Information Department of the UGCC.

This project was implemented by the UGCC Charitable Foundation "Wise Cause" with the financial support of the organization of Catholic men "Knights of Columbus".

New furnished houses will provide temporary shelter for 10 families (32 people) affected by Russian military aggression. The modular town is located on a plot of land owned by the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.

The opening of the modular town will take place at 12:00 at 56 Lvivska Street, Bryukhovychi village.

The program of the event includes the blessing of the houses, greetings, communication with IDP families and refreshments. Among the invited guests are representatives of the authorities, the Church and donors.
