The Razumkov Center conducted a survey on trust in public institutions from July 29 to August 4, 2021. The study was conducted by face-to-face interviews at the respondents' place of residence. 2019 respondents aged 18 and over were interviewed in all regions of Ukraine, with the exception of Crimea and the occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, using a sample representing the adult population by main socio-demographic indicators.

Among state and public institutions, most often trust is expressed in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (they are trusted by 68% of respondents), volunteer organizations (64%), The Church (63.5%), the State Emergency Service (61%), heads of cities (villages, settlements) where the respondents live (57%), the State Border Guard Service (55%), the National Guard of Ukraine (54%), volunteer battalions (53.5%), the city council (village or settlement council) where the respondents live (51%).
Distrust is most often expressed towards the Russian media (79% of respondents do not trust them), the state apparatus (officials) (76%), the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (75%), the courts (the judicial system as a whole) (74%), the Government of Ukraine (72%), political parties (72%), the Prosecutor's Office (71%), commercial banks (71%), the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) (70%), the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) (70%), the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (69%), the High Anti-Corruption Court (68%), the State Tax Service of Ukraine (65%), the State Customs Service of Ukraine (65%), local courts (65%), the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (63%), the Supreme Court (63%), the National Bank of Ukraine (60%), the President of Ukraine (58%), trade unions (55%), the National Police (53%), the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (51%), the Security Service of Ukraine (50%).
The theoretical sampling error (excluding the design effect) does not exceed 2.3% with a probability of 0.95.
