Lawyer Ilya Seraphimov has already filed a request with the Ternopil Regional Council. In the request, he inquired about the composition and work of the group that inspected the Pochayiv Lavra, as well as its findings.
This was reported on the Facebook page of the Ternopil Regional Council.
"A lawyer's request has been received by the Ternopil Regional Council. The Pochayiv Holy Dormition Lavra became interested in the work of the working group, created at the direction of the head of the regional council, Mykhailo Holovka, to study the legality of the use of the complex of buildings of the Lavra. The Ternopil Regional Council will definitely provide the requested information as we continue to systematically and within the framework of the current legislation work on the issue of banning the Russian Church on the territory of Ukraine and returning Ukrainian shrines to the Ukrainian people."
As RISU reported previously, on April 26, the working group, created at the direction of the head of the Ternopil Regional Council, Mykhailo Holovka, to study the legality of the use of the complex of buildings of the Pochayiv Holy Dormition Lavra, held its third field meeting at the Pochayiv Lavra.
