For the first time in the history an ethnic Ukrainian woman learned the entire Quran by heart from the first to the last letter (i.e. the Arabic original of Quranic text) and successfully passed the exam to the commission headed by a connoisseur of sacred texts Sheikh Haidar al-Haj.The first Muslim woman of Ukraine to receive the title of Hafiza is a native of the city Striy, Lviv region – Vira Fryndak.
