Archbishop of UOC-KP Greets Bulgarians on Anniversary of Liberation from Ottoman Yoke

Archbishop Epifanii (Dumenko) of Pereislav Khmelnytskyi and Boryspil of the UOC-Kyivan Patriarchate on March 6, with the blessing of Patriarch Filaret, attended a diplomatic reception in the Bulgarian Embassy marking the Bulgarian national holiday, the Day of Liberation from the Ottoman Yoke.

Archbishop Epifanii (Dumenko) of Pereislav Khmelnytskyi and Boryspil of the UOC-Kyivan Patriarchate on March 6, with the blessing of Patriarch Filaret, attended a diplomatic reception in the Bulgarian Embassy marking the Bulgarian national holiday, the Day of Liberation from the Ottoman Yoke, reported the website of UOC-KP.

On behalf of the head of the Kyivan Patriarchate, Archbishop Epifanii greeted Ambassador of Bulgaria to Ukraine Dimitar Vladimirov on the occasion of the national holiday and wished him good health and wished the Bulgarian nation success in the development of an independent and prosperous Bulgaria.
