ODESA — “By September 1, 2010, the Institute of Ground Forces will return to Odesa,” stated the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Eduard Matviichuk. During a meeting with members of the committee of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on the return of the Institute of Ground Forces to Odesa on May 20, the official announced the establishment of a charitable foundation “to which every resident of Odesa wishing to return the institute to Odesa will be able to donate funds. I personally will donate a certain amount for that,” he stressed.
