On July 14, at 12:14, the Verkhovna Rada changed the dates of three state holidays.
MP Oleksiy Honcharenko reported this, according to Censor.NET.
"Also, the dates of celebrating the Day of Ukrainian Statehood are moved from July 28 to July 15, and the Day of Defenders of Ukraine from October 14 to October 1," the statement said.
"Important clarification! All the changes will take effect from September 1. So, this year, the Day of Ukrainian Statehood will still be celebrated on July 28. The next year it will be on July 15. And the Day of Defenders of Ukraine will be on October 1," added the parliamentarian.
