Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavliuk, Commander of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, awarded His Beatitude Sviatoslav with the "Cross of the Ground Forces." The insignia was presented to the Head of the Church at his residence on May 5 by the head of the Chaplain Service of the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Larisa Polyanska.
